Quik Hire Staffing is hiring an Office Operations & Logistics Manager for a distributed company.
The role covers vendor management, employee logistics, events, budgets, and operational processes.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote.

Compensation
- The compensation is a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
- The indicative range is $70,000–$110,000 USD equivalent plus benefits.
- The role includes a performance-based bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
- Coordinate employee equipment, shipping, and remote office logistics.
- Plan and run team offsites, summits, and events end-to-end.
- Manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting.
- Maintain operational policies, runbooks, and standard processes.
- Support cross-functional projects requiring operational ownership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, office management, or logistics.
- Strong vendor management and budget ownership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Asana, Notion, Slack, and expense management tools.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with logistics, shipping, and event planning.
- Ability to document processes, drive improvements to completion, and work asynchronously across time zones.
