We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Office Manager
to support the Vice President’s office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating executive activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Vice President’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the VP
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Maintain office systems, filing, and documentation with high confidentiality
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth workflow and follow-ups
- Support executive decision-making through data collection and reporting
- Supervise office administrative staff when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum
- 5+ years of experience
- in executive or office management roles
- Previous experience supporting
- C-level executives or senior management
- is preferred
- Strong communication skills in
- English (Arabic native is plus)
- **Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities**
- **High level of professionalism and confidentiality**
- **Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)**
