- Minimum
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
- **Proven experience working with IPO-listed / publicly traded companies**
- **Strong background in FMCG industry (Saudi market preferred)**
- **Deep knowledge of:**
- **Financial strategy & planning**
- IPO readiness & compliance
- Corporate governance
- Financial reporting (IFRS)
- Budgeting, forecasting & cost control
- Experience dealing with
- capital markets, investors, and regulatory authorities
- **Strong leadership and team management skills**
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall
- financial strategy and planning
- **Manage IPO processes, investor relations, and compliance**
- **Oversee financial reporting, audits, and risk management**
- **Drive business growth and profitability**
- **Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and financial standards**
