Seeking a disciplined and process-driven professional to manage daily operations and lead HR coordination, ensuring smooth and structured business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office and operations
- Handle HR coordination (attendance, performance, policies)
- Manage teams and maintain workplace discipline
- Implement SOPs and workflows
- Manage admin, vendors, and facilities
- Support onboarding/offboarding
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Experience in Office/Operations Management
- Strong HR coordination exposure
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Process-oriented and detail-focused
- UAE experience mandatory
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per year
