- Oversee operations related to vegetable farms, poultry farms, and meat production
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food traders, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
- Lead overall business operations and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and expand sales across Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, and Trading channels
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and expand customer network
- Manage sourcing and import of food products from international markets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop effective sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve business objectives and operational excellence
- Travel to Al Ain farm operations as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the FMCG/Food Industry
- Proven success in managing and growing Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, and Trading businesses
- Strong network within the UAE food trading industry
- Experience in food production, imports, supply chain, and distribution
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, business development, and decision making skills

Overview
- We are looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to lead our Food Production & Trading business and drive sustainable growth across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations related to our vegetable farms, poultry farms, and meat production.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with food traders, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts to increase sales and market share.
- Lead the overall business operations and execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and expand sales across Retail, Wholesale, HORECA, and Trading channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and expand the customer network.
- Manage the sourcing and import of food products from international markets.

Requirements

- Strong network within the UAE food trading industry and the ability to build relationships with traders and distributors.
- Experience in food production, imports, supply chain, and distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and achieve commercial targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, business development, and decision making skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000/month + Attractive Performance Commission
- Pay: AED20,000.00 AED35,000.00 per month
