Job Title: Office Secretary And Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized **Office Secretary / Office Assistant** to support our daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate will handle office coordination, documentation, and communication tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and documentation
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Secretary or Office Assistant
  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • The role will be initially with Remote Work Option
