Role Overview
Assembly is recruiting an Office Manager to join its Operations team in Riyadh.
The role supports office administration and smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Operations
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Book flights and hotels for staff and clients.
- Maintain equipment trackers for monitors, headsets, and similar items.
- Manage office snack supplies.
- Arrange FedEx shipments with accurate receiver details.
- Submit utility and service invoices to the accounts team.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
