- Previous office management experience is ideal
- Self motivated with a positive approach
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and change priority list at short notice
- Proactive self starter who can take the initiative
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Outlook and Microsoft office
- Meticulous, organised, enthusiastic and hardworking
- Good time management and willingness to take a hands on approach
- Good attention to detail
- Approachable and personable nature
- Able to work with a high degree of independence and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, including building relationships with stakeholders
