Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules
  • Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding and employee records
  • Supervise office staff and ensure efficient task allocation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents
  • Maintain office policies and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and internal/external communications
  • Manage budgets, expense tracking, and office-related costs
  • Support management with operational and administrative projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in office administration or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
