Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Coordinator / Manager Executive Assistant Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks.
The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, organizing tasks, and providing administrative support.
Additional responsibilities may include drafting documents, supporting project management, and ensuring smooth communication across various teams and departments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Administrative skills, including document drafting, editing, and task prioritization
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to support diverse team collaboration
- Proficiency in office and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, task management software)
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid setting
- Work experience in administrative or managerial support roles is a plus
