Job Summary

Provide safe and efficient transportation for executives, staff, and clients while assisting with administrative errands.

The role requires punctuality, discretion, organization, professional presentation, and care of the company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Transport management and employees to meetings, airports, and corporate events.
Pick up and deliver urgent documents, mail, and office supplies.
Conduct daily checks of oil, tires, fluids, and other vehicle safety items.
Keep the vehicle clean and in pristine condition inside and out.
Maintain mileage logs, fuel receipts, and service records.
Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic and ensure on-time arrivals.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of corporate, executive, or professional driving experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong familiarity with UAE roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts.
Exceptional grooming standards and commitment to confidentiality.
Physical fitness and ability to work flexible timings.
A personal car is preferred.
