Your Pride. Our Spaces. Happy Colleagues.

At Curo, we take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces where our colleagues can do their best work, and our customers feel valued when they visit us. Our offices are more than just buildings -- they're the physical representation of who we are as an organisation.

This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our workplace experience. Working independently to clean The Hub at Mulberry Park, you'll ensure our office spaces shine and remain professional, hygienic, and welcoming every day.

What you'll be doing

Cleaning our office spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms to high professional standards

Removing waste and maintaining bins throughout the building

Reporting any maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, or supply needs

Using our work phone and internal systems to communicate with your supervisor

Working independently and managing your own time effectively

Taking responsibility for your own health and safety while working

More about you

We're looking for someone who's self-motivated and takes pride in their work. You'll be comfortable working independently and able to maintain high standards without constant supervision.

Essential:

Previous cleaning or similar experience in a professional environment (or proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards)

Ability to work independently and manage your own time

Reliability and excellent punctuality

Basic smartphone skills to use our internal systems

Good communication skills in English

Ability to handle manual tasks safely

Desirable:

Experience working in office or corporate environments

Flexibility to take on additional hours when available

What you'll get in return

Beyond a competitive salary and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get:

26 days annual leave per year pro rata (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years

Your birthday off as an extra holiday

Up to 10% matched pension contribution

Free parking at many of our locations

Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan

Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your own wellbeing
