- Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the office.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or cleaning requirements.
- Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to visitors and employees as required.
- Prepare meeting rooms before meetings and ensure refreshments are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
- Assist with basic office errands and administrative support when required.
- Replenish office supplies, pantry items, and refreshments.
- Support staff with general office related tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the office remains presentable and ready for client visits at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Polite, respectful, and service oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Job Summary
- Artevo Consulting is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy on a temporary one month basis to support the daily operations of the office.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
