Job Summary

  • Artevo Consulting is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy on a temporary one month basis to support the daily operations of the office.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff and visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Ensure washrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the office.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or cleaning requirements.
  • Welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to visitors and employees as required.
  • Prepare meeting rooms before meetings and ensure refreshments are available when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
  • Assist with basic office errands and administrative support when required.
  • Replenish office supplies, pantry items, and refreshments.
  • Support staff with general office related tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the office remains presentable and ready for client visits at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
  • Polite, respectful, and service oriented attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Compensation

  • Pay: QAR 2,000.00 per month.

Contract Duration

  • Temporary employment for a period of one (1) month.
  • Working hours and schedule will be as per company requirements.
