Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve
- Arabic coffee (Gahwa)
- and other beverages to management, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
- Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and basic administrative support.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies as required.
- Support staff with daily operational needs.
- Ensure proper handling and care of office equipment and materials.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
