Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve
  • Arabic coffee (Gahwa)
  • and other beverages to management, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
  • Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
  • Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and basic administrative support.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies as required.
  • Support staff with daily operational needs.
  • Ensure proper handling and care of office equipment and materials.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
