Finja Jewellery DMCC is hiring an Office Boy to support office hospitality, cleanliness, document handling, supply collection, and general office operations.
The position is full-time and based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, and basic office tasks.
- Handle internal document and material movement when required.
- Purchase or collect office supplies and other items as instructed.
- Assist the HR and Admin team with daily office requirements.
- Support staff and management with general office-related tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication is required.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Pay is AED 1,200 to AED 1,800 per month.
