Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, service-oriented, and reliable Office Attendant to support the smooth daily running of our Riyadh head office.

The successful candidate will be the face of our hospitality and office-services function — serving refreshments, maintaining a clean and welcoming office environment, supporting meetings, and assisting with general administrative errands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, management, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Set up meeting rooms before meetings (refreshments, water, materials) and clear them promptly after use.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and common areas.
  • Keep the pantry well-stocked with tea, coffee, water, and basic refreshment supplies.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping consumables; alert the Office Manager when items run low.
  • Run external errands when required — bank deposits, document delivery, government office submissions, and supply collection.
  • Provide basic administrative support — photocopying, scanning, filing, and assisting staff with simple office tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant person or meeting room.
  • Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the Office Manager promptly.
  • Adhere to the company dress code, hygiene standards, professional conduct, and service standards at all times.
  • Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Office Attendant, Hospitality Attendant, Tea Server, Office Boy/Girl, or similar role.
  • **Industry Preference:** Prior experience in a corporate office, embassy, law firm, consulting firm, or hotel environment is highly preferred.
  • **Languages:** Strong English communication skills (essential, written and verbal). Arabic and/or Tagalog are a plus.
  • **Eligibility:** Must hold a valid transferable Iqama or be eligible to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • **Personal Attributes:** Well-groomed, presentable, courteous, punctual, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
  • **Skills:** Hospitality service, basic photocopier/scanner/printer use, time management, attention to detail, and hygiene awareness.

Long-Term Career

Pay: ﷼4,300.00 per month
