Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, government entities, developers, contractors, consultants, and property management companies.
- Promote CFM's portfolio of services including Soft FM, Hard FM, Cleaning, Security, Manpower, Building Maintenance, Contracting, and Operational Management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure successful mobilisation and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent CFM at networking events and industry exhibitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, Manpower, Security, Construction, MEP, Property Management, or Outsourcing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
- Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
