Overview

  • We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Riyadh team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and securing long term contracts across the Facilities Management sector.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Facilities Management, Manpower, Outsourcing, Cleaning Services, or B2B sales who enjoys building relationships and delivering commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, government entities, developers, contractors, consultants, and property management companies.
  • Promote CFM's portfolio of services, including: Soft Facilities Management, Hard Facilities Management, Cleaning & Janitorial Services, Security Services, Manpower & Outsourcing, Building Maintenance, Contracting Services, Operational Management.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure successful mobilisation and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent CFM at networking events and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Cleaning Services, Manpower, Security, Construction, MEP, Property Management, or Outsourcing is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
  • Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
