Office Assistant

Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm ET in our Westchase, FL office full-time, with flexibility to arrive early or stay late if needed

At least 1 year of experience as an office assistant/manager (hard requirement)

Ability to lift 50 pounds and use stairs daily

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

Some IT experience; ability to set up computers, monitors, and other devices for new hires

Naturally curious and able to solve problems independently

Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills

Creativity and passion for employee engagement initiatives

Attention to detail and someone who doesn't let things fall through the cracks; follows up on every action item

Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events and fun team-building experiences

Experience managing budgets and negotiating quotes for all intents and purposes

Willingness and ability to maintain a very clean and organized office environment

Proactive about ordering supplies without being asked (e.g., water filters, kitchen backups, supplies, etc.)

Excellent calendar management and organizational skills

Experience using project management tools like Asana and the Google Suite is a plus!
