Role Overview
- Office Administrator & Facility Coordinator role balancing administrative duties with office space care and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk inquiries, handle incoming/outgoing mail, maintain digital and physical filing systems, assist with basic scheduling and documentation.
- Monitor and restock office stationery, pantry supplies, and cleaning essentials.
- Keep meeting rooms, communal areas, and workstations structured, tidy, and ready for clients.
- Perform daily light cleaning and housekeeping duties (e.g., maintaining pantry/kitchenette, ensuring restrooms are stocked, keeping high traffic areas immaculate, coordinating with external maintenance vendors).
- Welcome guests and prepare beverages/refreshments for client meetings.
