- Identify, pitch, and close high value commercial and residential interior fit out projects across the UAE
- Establish deep rapport with property managers, developers, and corporate clients to ensure long term retention and repeat business
- Use technical knowledge of fit out process to provide consultative solutions to clients
- Create engaging social media reels and video updates showcasing active sites and completed transformations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of proven sales/BD experience strictly within the UAE interior design and fit out sector
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent presentation skills with strong, confident presence on camera for social media content
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation skills
- Immediate availability (join immediately or on canceled visa)

Overview
- Immediate joiners only. High energy sales professional with deep understanding of Dubai fit out industry needed.
- Must be able to walk into bare shell commercial space, build instant rapport, and visualize premium turnkey project.
What You Will Do
- Drive Revenue: Identify, pitch, and close high value commercial and residential interior fit out projects across the UAE.
- Build & Retain Relationships: Establish deep rapport with property managers, developers, and corporate clients.
- Speak the Language: Use technical knowledge of fit out process (materials, MEP, glass works, joinery, space planning) to provide consultative solutions.
- Visual Storytelling & Brand Building: Take charge of on site content creation—handing and presenting engaging social media reels and video updates.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales/BD experience strictly within the UAE interior design and fit out sector.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent presentation skills with strong, confident presence on camera for creating social media reels and digital content.
- Immediate availability (join immediately or on canceled visa highly prioritized).
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
