Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to management.
Welcome clients and guests professionally and ensure a positive office experience.
Serve coffee/refreshments to visitors and maintain professional hospitality standards.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and
Arabic.
Support day-to-day office coordination and administrative activities.
Assist management with personal and office-related tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organized record management.
Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office functioning.
Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluency in both English & Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of:
o MS Word
o MS Excel
o Outlook
o PowerPoint
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong time-management and coordination skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
Experience Required
Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience in:
o Office Administration
o Front Office
o Executive Assistance
o Office Coordination
o Administrative Support roles
Compensation & Benefits
✅ Gross Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 6500 per month

✅ Professional working environment in Dubai
