Office Assistant
to support daily office operations at our office in
Arjan, Dubai
.
The ideal candidate must be organised, professional, confident on the phone, and able to manage admin work without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle daily office administration and clerical work
- Maintain records, files, schedules, and office documents
- Coordinate with the operations team, supervisors, clients, and office staff
- Assist with quotations, job updates, follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Use office systems including
Excel, Jobber, and Zoho
- Support the team with day-to-day communication and coordination
- Ensure office tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2+ years’ work experience in the UAE
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Admin Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
- Good communication and phone etiquette
- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
- Experience using
- Jobber and Zoho
- preferred
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Must be able to work full-time from our office in
Arjan, Dubai
