We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Assistant to support our daily office operations.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Dubai locations and communities, as the role involves assisting with bookings, schedules, client enquiries, and coordinating with our cleaning teams across Dubai.
Main Duties
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
- Assist with client enquiries and bookings
- Help prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documents
- Update schedules and job details
- Coordinate with supervisors and cleaning teams
- Keep office records and client information organised
- Follow up with clients when required
- Update client and job details in Jobber
- Assist with invoices, payment records, and basic admin in Zoho Books
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English
- Must be familiar with Dubai areas and locations
- Basic computer skills like Exel and Word
- Experience using Jobber and Zoho Books is an advantage
- Organised and able to follow instructions
- Professional when dealing with clients
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or service companies is an advantage
Location
Our office is located in Arjan, Dubai.
Candidates should be able to travel to Arjan easily.
We have pick up location for staff in Satwa area and International city.
