Job Overview
- Office Assistant (English & Arabic) position in JLT, Dubai
- Full time, on site role with salary AED 3,500 6,500 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management
- Welcome clients and guests professionally and ensure a positive office experience
- Serve coffee/refreshments to visitors and maintain professional hospitality standards
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and Arabic
- Support day to day office coordination and administrative activities
- Assist management with personal and office related tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organized record management
- Coordinate internal communication and ensure smooth office functioning
- Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in both English & Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Detail oriented, flexible, and proactive approach to work
Experience Required
- Entry level to 1–2 years of experience in Office Administration, Front Office, Executive Assistance, Office Coordination, or Administrative Support roles
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 6,500 per month
- Employment Visa Provided
- Basic Medical Insurance Provided
- Professional working environment in Dubai
