Office Assistant

Overview

• We are looking for an Office Assistant to take care of the daily operations in our warehouse.
• What do you get?
• Salary AED 1500 - 1,800 per month based on experience.
• Company Accommodation.
• Working hours are 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.

House-Keeping

• Maintaining cleanliness of warehouse & offices, equipment and furniture during the day
• Keep and maintain the cleanliness of pantry and the washroom
• Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.)
• Cooperating with workplace personnel to maintain proper connections and a friendly environment within the warehouse.
• Making and serving tea and coffee to clients and visitors

Office Support

• Helping the Warehouse Associate and other employees in when needed.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Coordinating the maintenance and repair jobs.
• Organizing, binding and filing documents as per the requirement.
• Promote highly positive & efficient team work, coordination and cooperation with the whole team.

Requirements

• Minimum working experience required is 1 year in UAE.
• Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities.
• Effective team player.
