Role Overview
• Perform various clerical tasks. Works 8 hours per day, in office, Monday through Friday; and overtime, as needed.
• Maintain positive, strong interpersonal, professional relationships with Client and Contractor employees
• Manage tasks:
• Research in SAP Orders for duplicate invoice processing SES review from all contractors Assist contractors with billing issues pertaining to PO issues Order Review for Accuracy and Compliance Reviews mapping in GIS for accuracy Provides training on Lemur and other SAP programs Identifies needs for training based on system reports Maintains Reporting on active SAP program Users Communicates Interdepartmentally Client Lead on SAP - Storage Location Assignment (Material Access) Communicate with Construction Vendors
