Provide general office support, including document preparation, filing, data entry, correspondence, supply ordering, and maintaining shared spaces.
Process employee expenses, bills and supplier invoices.
Prepare customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes (email, phone).
Maintain accurate project revenue and expense budgets, including change order values, on a timely basis in company systems.
Assist with preparing variance reports for management and project managers when required.
Coordinate meetings, staff activities, client functions, and company events, including venues, catering, invitations, supplies, and schedules.
Support procurement activities including but not limited to: Request and organize cost quotes from internal teams and external suppliers. Confirm receipt of goods and services before processing supplier invoices. Tracking of physical and digital construction materials inventory and related financial records.

This position will be office based with occasional visit to our warehouse/yard.
Other duties as required.

Minimum 2 years post-secondary education.
Minimum 1 years of business administration, project administration, estimating, or accounting experience.
Demonstrated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Detail driven, adaptable, excellent time management, problem solving, and planning skills.
Proven ability to innovate and contribute to evolving processes in a changing environment.
Proficient computer skills and an ability to learn new applications efficiently.
Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
