- Manage Trakheesi permit applications and renewals
- Prepare and process SPA (Sale and Purchase Agreement) registrations in DLD
- Assist with property leasing documentation and tenant file management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of DLD, Oqoodi, RERA, Ejari, Escrow, and Trakheesi systems
- Experience in SPA registrations and leasing processes
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector and be familiar with government portals and documentation related to property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle DLD (Dubai Land Department) transactions and registrations
