- Handle daily office administration and documentation for vessel operations
- Coordinate with ship crews, port agents, and offshore teams
- Maintain and organize vessel files, certificates, and compliance records
- Assist in crew documentation (joining, rotation, travel papers)
- Prepare reports related to vessel schedules, operations, and logistics
- Manage emails, calls, and communication with local and international partners
- Support chartering/operations team with paperwork and updates
- Track supplies, marine stores, and requisition requests when needed
- Ensure all documents comply with maritime regulations and company policies
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
