McDougall Energy is seeking a qualified individual to join our Manitoulin Branch in a seasonal contract Office Administration position. This is a temporary contract position for a period of approximately 6 to 8 months. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the operation, including:

Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries for fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.

Taking customer POS payments

Assisting with inventory reconciliation

Organizing incoming and outgoing courier packages

Sorting and filing daily paperwork

Performing other duties as required, including but not limited to acting as back-up for dispatch administration

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
