Position Overview

NGK Hamilton Insurance Brokers L.L.C is seeking a highly organized, versatile, and proactive professional for a multi-faceted role spanning Office Administration, HR operations, and Executive Assistance to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Admin & HR:**
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, leave logs, and visa/license renewals via the PRO, ensuring strict DHA compliance.
  • **Office & Finance:**
  • Manage corporate procurement, vendor relationships, and expense reconciliation.
  • Track commission and premium receivables and assist with VAT reporting.
  • **Executive Assistance:**
  • Provide comprehensive personal and professional PA/EA support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel logistics, and handling highly confidential documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced Admin, HR, or EA role within the UAE (Insurance sector preferred).
  • Hands-on proficiency with

(Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)

  • or similar insurance platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and DHA regulations.
  • Exceptional organization, discretion, and sharp attention to detail.
