Requirements

- Proven Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of leads into sustainable business.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales within insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of the UAE insurance market and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
