Overview
- Support and execute day to day outbound logistics activities to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to meet delivery requirements.
- Track shipments to ensure timely dispatch and on time delivery to customers.
- Prepare, review, and manage logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates, and related shipping documents.
- Monitor and control inventory movements between internal and external warehouses.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving logistics issues, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.
