Role Description
This full-time, on-site Off Plan Specialist – European / Russian Speaker role is based in Abu Dhabi.
The Off Plan Specialist will promote and sell off-plan properties, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and managing leads, conducting property tours, presenting investment opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM systems.
The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing market insights on upcoming projects, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, listing, and sales to achieve targets.
The specialist will also participate in property events, exhibitions, and trainings, while adhering to company policies and local real estate regulations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in European languages and/or Russian, with strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clients, deliver professional presentations, and manage negotiations effectively.
- Interest in or knowledge of UAE real estate markets, particularly off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM systems, digital tools, and online platforms for lead management and property marketing.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced real estate or sales professionals; prior real estate or property sales experience is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, resilient approach and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
