VIP Brokerage, a Top 10 real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants to convert qualified, company-generated leads into closed transactions across secondary/resale, residential, and off-plan sales.

What You'Ll Do
- Convert qualified company leads into successful property transactions
- Handle buyers, investors, landlords, tenants and property owners
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations and viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry to closing
- Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently
- Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
- Proven record of closed property transactions
- Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
- English required; Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish highly valued
