Role Overview
Join an expanding sales team at a real estate brokerage specializing in premium and high-value properties in Abu Dhabi.
Manage the full sales process for UAE real estate clients, from prospecting to closing.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full real estate sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Work with premium inventory and exclusive property allocations.
- Use company-generated leads and developer partnerships to support sales activity.
- Manage client relationships throughout property transactions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Minimum of 8–10 closed deals in 2026.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven approach with a strong work ethic.
- An existing client database is an advantage.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
