The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Off Plan Property Advisors.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, accountability, and ongoing development.
  • Conduct regular one to one meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Support brokers throughout the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high performing brokers.
  • Monitor pipeline activity, lead management, and conversion metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with Dubai's leading developers.
  • Ensure brokers remain informed on market trends, launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, performance driven culture aligned with company values.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of the division.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Off Plan brokers in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's off plan market and developer landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and developing successful sales teams.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and mentoring brokers.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Commercially minded with a performance driven approach.
  • RERA certified with a valid UAE driving licence.
  • Professional, ambitious, and highly organised.
