About the Role
- Iceland Real Estate is seeking ambitious, results driven, and highly motivated Property Consultants specializing in Off Plan properties to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements
- Arabic Speaker
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Dubai's real estate market.
- Senior Candidates: Professionals with 3 – 4+ years of experience and a strong track record of successful property transactions (proof of sales/closed deals required) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing abilities with a demonstrated capacity to convert qualified leads into sales.
- Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, major developers, off plan projects, and investment return opportunities.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Professionalism: Ability to build long term client relationships and represent the company with the highest level of professionalism.
