Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of solid experience in real estate sales and leasing within the UAE
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high volume sales and leasing targets
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship building, and closing skills
- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, master communities, and developer landscapes
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle

Role Description
- VIP Brokerage is seeking a high caliber, ambitious, and results driven Senior Sales Consultant to join the growing Abu Dhabi team.
- The ideal candidate will have an extensive track record in residential/commercial sales, with deep expertise in guiding high net worth clients through off plan investments and secondary market portfolios.
- This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a high performance environment and commands exceptional negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium off plan and secondary residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage a high value personal portfolio of properties and maintain long term relationships with institutional investors, landlords, buyers, and developers.
- Generate and qualify high tier leads through established professional networks, referrals, company generated leads, and proactive market prospecting.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to analyze investment objectives, yield expectations, and property requirements for both sales and leasing.
- Present complex project information, structured payment plans, financial investment benefits (ROI/yield analysis), and market insights to clients.
- Negotiate and close complex sales and leasing transactions while ensuring a flawless standard of customer service and compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, property listings, and sales/leasing pipelines within the CRM system.
- Stay ahead of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, regulatory changes, new project launches, and developer offerings.
- Consistently achieve elevated individual targets and drive strategic team success.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of solid experience in real estate sales and leasing within the UAE (Abu Dhabi market experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding high volume sales and leasing targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship building, and closing skills with a sophisticated clientele.
- Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and a driven professional with a strategic mindset.
- Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate regulations, master communities, and developer landscapes.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are required.
