Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Realty Sales Consultant Multilingual Speaker.
- Tasks include property brokerage, listing, leasing, development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Arabic and/or a second European language.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in property brokerage, listing, and leasing.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory.
- Ability to assess property values and provide property appraisal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business, or related field.
