Role Description

  • In this full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, the Off Plan Client Advisor will support Italian, Spanish, and/or German speaking clients throughout the off plan property purchase journey.
  • The role includes responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, and presenting suitable off plan projects aligned with client requirements and budget.
  • The Off Plan Client Advisor will arrange and attend property viewings, coordinate with internal sales, listing, and marketing teams, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow up.
  • Responsibilities also include maintaining up to date knowledge of current and upcoming developments, market trends, and developer offerings, as well as preparing proposals, reports, and basic investment overviews.
  • The role focuses on delivering high levels of customer service, managing client expectations, and supporting a smooth transaction process from introduction to post sale aftercare.

Qualifications

  • Strong client facing capabilities, including Client Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, or German.
  • Familiarity with Insurance or related financial products as they pertain to property transactions is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory (off plan or residential) in the UAE or similar markets.
  • Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple client portfolios, and meet targets in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a customer centric and ethical approach.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for lead management, reporting, and market research.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional real estate certifications are a plus.
