- Fluency in Italian, Russian, or German, in addition to English, is required
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a results driven environment
- Previous experience in real estate or a customer facing role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
