Responsibilities
- Engage prospective and existing clients, presenting off plan real estate projects and guiding them through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
- Provide tailored property recommendations and conduct professional consultations in Arabic, Italian, Russian, or German.
- Manage client portfolios, follow up on leads from various channels, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and mortgage to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Monitor market trends, attend project launches and events, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong client facing capabilities, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service orientation
- Understanding of Insurance and related financial products as they pertain to property transactions
- Fluency in at least one of the required languages (Arabic, Italian, Russian, or German), plus good command of English
- Previous experience in real estate sales, off plan advisory, or similar consultative sales environment in UAE or GCC is highly beneficial
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets is an advantage
- Ability to work on site, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively

Role Description
- The Off Plan Client Advisor is a full time, on site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate.
