- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functionality and architecture
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with regional business operations, accounting principles, and industry standards

Overview
- An Odoo Sales Specialist drives revenue by consulting with businesses to implement and optimize Odoo ERP systems. They manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting leads and conducting product demonstrations to analyzing client requirements and closing enterprise software deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new business opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and manage the sales pipeline using Odoo CRM.
- Business Analysis: Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points and operational challenges.
- Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver tailored Odoo software demonstrations, mapping out how modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) solve specific business needs.
- Proposals & Pricing: Create commercial proposals, define project scopes, and negotiate contracts.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth post sale handoffs and system implementations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B ERP or SaaS sales.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Odoo ERP functionality and architecture.
- Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with regional business operations, accounting principles, and industry standards.
Pay
- AED1,853.33 AED4,000.00 per month
