Job Description
We are seeking a skilled **Odoo Developer** with **2–4 years of hands-on experience** in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP applications.
The ideal candidate must be strong in Python, confident with Odoo module development, integrations, and system configuration.
Functional knowledge of Odoo business workflows (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business needs
- Enhance existing features and build new functionalities
- Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues
- Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements
- Participate in requirement analysis, documentation, and deployment
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer
- Strong knowledge of **Python**, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (Odoo JS preferred)
- Experience building new modules and customizing existing ones
- Familiarity with **Odoo 14–19** versions
- Good understanding of ERP business flows (**functional knowledge preferred**)
- Experience with Git, Linux, and Odoo deployment environments
- Knowledge of other ERP systems is a **strong plus**
