The Oddfellows Arms - an opportunity to build a new life in the Lakes is available on a new and improved agreement! This is a well‑loved community pub in the heart of Keswick, set against the stunning backdrop of the Lake District. Popular with both tourists and loyal locals, it’s known for its lively weekend entertainment, a spacious beer garden perfect for sunny days, and a carefully selected Marston’s‑branded food offer. With strong year‑round footfall and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it provides an excellent foundation for building a loyal, diverse customer base. Currently averaging £12k per week, with 80% of sales coming from the wet trade, the pub is already performing well and offers clear potential for further growth with the right operator.
