Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Work with members of the rehabilitation team to develop programs consistent with each resident’s needs and capabilities
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve functional abilities and independence
• Instruct residents, families, and caregivers in skills and techniques that support continued progress
• Monitor resident progress and communicate outcomes with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapist license
• OTR/L certification
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
