Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience: 2 years prior experience in occupational therapy with pediatric/ diverse populations preferred.
- Clinical Assessment: Strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency in developing and implementing
- individualized treatment plans.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Patient Education: Ability to educate and motivate patients and their families.
- Adaptability: Competency in adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse patient needs
