About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work autonomously to provide high quality evidence based therapies to patients
- Manage a caseload of patients with responsibility for assessment, formulation and therapy
- Offer routine and complex assessments including risk assessment, psychometric, and neuropsychological where appropriate
- Proactively contribute to good/ethical clinical outcomes and evaluate therapy efficacy using standardized outcome measures
- Manage patient risk ethically and effectively
- Communicate with patients and families in an ethical, open, sensitive, empathic, and caring manner
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Make appropriate referrals and follow up
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision
- Deliver teaching/training/presentations when required
Requirements
- DHA/DOH/CDA/MOH Valid License or eligibility to obtain the same
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology with practicum and internship experience
- At least 2 years postmaster experience working as a licensed clinical psychologist
- Licensed in country of origin (mandatory)

- DHA/DOH/CDA/MOH Valid License or eligibility to obtain the same.
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology with practicum and internship experience.
- At least 2 years postmaster experience working as a licensed clinical psychologist.
- Licensed in country of origin (mandatory).
Responsibilities

- Manage a caseload of patients with responsibility for assessment (including risk), formulation and therapy.
- Spend a minimum of seven out of eight hours engaged in face to face and/or virtual work with patients each day.
- Offer assessment; routine and complex assessments to patients and provide reports when necessary.
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of good/ethical clinical outcomes for patients and evaluate efficacy using standardized outcome measures.
- Manage patient risk ethically and effectively.
- Communicate with patients and their families in a way that is ethical, open, sensitive, empathic, and caring.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and colleagues to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Make appropriate referrals when necessary and be responsible for following these up.
- Teaching, training, and supervision if needed/appropriate.
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision – internally and/or externally.
- Deliver teaching/training/presentations when required.
