We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and nursing services to patients while also assuming key leadership responsibilities. Team oriented and collaborative, the Nursing Supervisor will be a key member of the Leadership Team, providing oversight to all nursing staff in all aspects of patient care, and accountable for the appropriate utilization of resources, professional practice, patient experience, performance management and engagement while developing creative, team-based approaches for management of the clinical programs. Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and nursing services to patients while also assuming key leadership responsibilities. The Nursing Supervisor collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to optimize service delivery and ensure patients and staff are supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other nursing staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Function as a liaison between nursing staff and management
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance patient care and staff accountability.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and Nurse Practitioner
